UTBM students proposing a project—either individually or through a student organization—should contact the Office of Student Life, which is available to help them prepare their applications and present them to the committees (once per semester).
Between semesters
Between the fall semester and the spring semester lies the intersemester break. UTBM students, faculty, and staff can propose, lead, and participate in activities. Three weeks to learn in new ways: sports and cultural activities, company visits, computer workshops, intensive language courses, master classes, and short training courses
The intersemester period is unique to universities of technology. All students in the preparatory program or engineering program who have no academic obligations during this period (internships, seminars, etc.) must be present. This intersemester period should not be considered a vacation period.
Get Your Campus Moving
Funded through the Student Life and Campus-
s (CVEC) program, the UTBM is making a budget of €20,000 available to improve living conditions on campus.
Contribution to Student and Campus Life (CVEC)
The CVEC is a financial contribution intended to support services and initiatives aimed at improving student life (health, culture, prevention, student projects, etc.).
The AE is UTBM’s largest social and recreational association. It oversees more than 50 clubs (beekeeping, robotics, social, photography, board games, brewing, etc.) and provides students with the equipment they need to explore and pursue new interests.
