Eiffel Excellence Scholarship

The Eiffel Excellence Scholarship is a program of the Ministry of Europe and Foreign Affairs designed for the top international students. It aims to train future foreign decision-makers from the private and public sectors in priority fields of study.

Engineering Degree and Master's Degree

  • 36-month scholarship (engineering) or 24-month scholarship (master's degree)
  • Age limit: 27 years old
  • International students, excluding those currently studying in France
  • Amount: €1,181 per month (2025 campaign)

Doctorate

  • 12- or 18-month scholarship (joint supervision or co-advisorship); 36-month scholarship (full-length dissertation)
  • Age limit: 32 years old
  • International students, including those currently studying in France
  • Amount: 1,800 € per month (2025 academic year)
