BIP Security Awareness: How to Raise Awareness About Cybersecurity?

How can we raise awareness about cybersecurity in the industry in an innovative and fun way? That’s the challenge taken on by the students in our Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Program from April 19 to 24, 2026.

After seven online sessions, 41 students from St. Pölten University of Applied Sciences (Austria), the University of Skövde (Sweden), Windesheim University of Applied Sciences (the Netherlands), HOWEST University of Applied Sciences (Belgium), and UTBM gathered in Belfort to explore innovative solutions related to this topic.

This week's schedule:

Discovering the rich local industrial heritage
Conferences on Industrial Safety
Cultural activities, including a memorable regional cheese-tasting workshop
And most importantly, a week of innovation with a multidisciplinary team at the Innovation Crunch Lab to create games that raise awareness about cybersecurity.

Thank you to everyone for participating in this week filled with cultural discoveries, meaningful exchanges, and educational innovation! Together, you are actively contributing to the advancement of cybersecurity.

What's next? Our UTBM students will continue to work on the solutions proposed during the semester to develop functional prototypes.
