Applications are now open for the 2026 Eiffel Excellence Scholarship!

The Eiffel Scholarship Program is a program developed by the Ministry for Europe and Foreign Affairs to enable French institutions of higher education to attract the best international students to degree programs at the engineering, master’s, and doctoral levels.

Scholarship Opportunities

Engineering and Master's Degree Level

• • 12, 24, or 36 months

• • €1,181 monthly allowance (2025 amount)

• • Newly arrived international students under the age of 27

Doctoral level

• • 12, 18, or 36 months

• • €1,800 monthly allowance (2025 amount)

• • Foreign students under the age of 32

Scholarship Programs

Engineering and master's degree level
