The 41st UTBM Industrial Conference will take place on Thursday, Oct. 9, 2025
The Industrial Conference is an annual event organized by UTBM. This day, filled with opportunities for discussion, brings together companies and the engineers of tomorrow. The event is an excellent opportunity for companies to raise their profile among students and share information about their activities.
Many students are looking for an internship for the month of February (for their final-year project or as an engineering assistant—approximately 500 six-month internships), while others are looking for a job (fixed-term or permanent contracts, etc.) , and some are seeking a hands-on internship (one month starting in January).
Companies can register by filling out an online form, which will be available here starting this spring. Registration is then confirmed by signing a participation agreement.
Participation fees vary depending on the size of the booth selected and the services included (see the box on the right side of the screen showing the rates from the previous conference).

Tentative schedule for the day
– Starting at 8 a.m.: Welcoming companies, setting up booths, welcome coffee
– Doors open to students at 8:45 a.m.
– From 8:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.: Discussions between exhibitors and UTBM students
– Lunch on site for exhibitors who have made a reservation
– 5:00 p.m.: Closing
