Project Objectives
- Promoting the Modernization of Higher Education in Russia and China
- Ensure international expansion in Russia and China
- Create a unified educational framework in electrical engineering that takes regional differences into account and incorporates European experiences into the development of educational programs
- Strengthen cooperation between higher education institutions and partners outside the European Union in Russia and China
- Developing innovative institutional capacities at Russian and Chinese universities
