The Ornitos Battalion Wins the Second Sustainable Development Olympics in 2023!
Two weeks and six eco-challenges later, the team—made up mainly of UTBM students—took home the prize (an ornitho, of course), ahead of the Bzzz Bzzz and the Croa Crew.
On an individual level, congratulations to Eliott Froger, a student at UTBM, who placed third in the individual challenge.
Congratulations to the 566 students from the region’s 18 institutions of higher education who participated in these online challenges to raise awareness about sustainable development and share best practices…and great ideas.
Traveling differently, consuming more responsibly, paying attention to one’s diet and well-being… these are all individual as well as collective goals championed by the UTBM as part of its ecological and social transition—isn’t that right, Florent Petit and John Phillips?
