Mr. Stephan HENNINGS OCH fromUFPR(Federal University of Paraná) in Brazil visited us on Friday, October 11, 2024, primarily to discuss the terms of a dual-degree agreement in Mechanical Engineering and Energy.
The Federal University of Paraná is Brazil’s oldest university and a symbol of Curitiba. With a history of struggles and achievements dating back to 1912, UFPR is a leading institution in higher education for the state and for Brazil.
In the morning, Sébastien ROTH and Lucas DEMBINSKI discussed the terms of the agreement for the Mechanical Engineering program.
The afternoon was devoted to a tour of the hydrogen platform, led by Abdoul NDIAYE, highlighting UTBM’s technological advances in this strategic field. Later, Mohamed BECHERIF and Stefan GIURGEA discussed the terms of the dual-degree agreement for the Energy program.
At the end of the day, Pauline DOXIN from the Office of International Relations and Internationalization took our guest on a tour of the Crunch Lab and Building A.
