psychosocial risks (PSRs)

Psychosocial risks are defined as risks to employees’ physical and mental health. They arise at the intersection of the individual and their work situation. The causes may lie in working conditions, work organization, and/or workplace relationships.

Would you like to inform UTBM management of the situation and request their intervention? You can file a report.

What will happen next?

You will receive an automatic acknowledgment of receipt confirming that your report has been successfully sent to the Director, the Chief Administrative Officer, and the Human Resources Manager.

The Director of UTBM will then decide on the measures to be taken in order to:

  • to hear from you and from all those involved in order to establish the facts,
  • to take the necessary measures to ensure the safety and health of employees.
