The "Tour de France AGIR ENSEMBLE" is a national initiative led by the AVUF in partnership with ADEME, MGEN, CPU, CGE, the CROUs, and the Caisse des Dépôts to foster positive regional partnerships in support ofsustainable campuses in sustainable cities.
In 2017, 19 regional partnerships—comprising a local government, a university, one or more grandes écoles, and a CROUS—expressed their desire to host the initiative and adapt it to local, jointly agreed-upon sustainable development goals.
With its 3,000 engineering students, master’s students, and future doctoral candidates, UTBM is a key player in the field of technology—specifically in the areas of energy, transportation, and the industry of the future—serving both people and businesses.
It is committed to sustainable development that encompasses all users, various fields, research activities, and educational programs—including degree programs in eco-design, smart buildings, and energy efficiency. Research at UTBM is conducted within a framework that prioritizes human and societal considerations, as well as respect for the environment, health, and quality of life.
During the week of November 27, 10 workshops will be offered at the Belfort and Sévenans locations, as well as at partner sites. They will be led by external facilitators and funded by the AVUF. The workshops are open to all UTBM users. There will be regular workshops in Belfort and Sévenans, as well as mobile workshops that will visit staff members.
